Ready Set Recycle provides itemised audit reporting for every device processed, accessible through a secure Client Portal.
Item-level audit reporting
Reports capture key identifiers and outcomes, including:
- Device type and model
- IMEI or serial number where available
- Processing status and timestamps
- Data erasure outcomes where applicable
This reporting is designed to support internal audit, compliance reviews and external enquiries.
Due diligence and police liaison
In line with the Recyclers Code of Conduct, devices that trigger due diligence flags are placed into quarantine for a defined period.
This allows appropriate access for relevant authorities in support of:
- Ongoing investigations
- Attempts to repatriate devices with original owners
Only once this process has concluded are devices released for reuse, recycling or destruction as appropriate.
A defensible record
The combination of due diligence checks, quarantine protocols and audit reporting ensures there is a clear, evidenced record of what happened to each device and why.
